Perfect Practice Makes Perfection!

We understand that athletes have various strengths and weaknesses. That is why our training sessions are focused on improving individual skill levels. During this 60-minutes session, we work with you in efforts to turn your weakness(s) into strengths. These sessions may vary from 'stagnant' to 'game style scenarios'.
 

Our areas of focus are:

  • Consistency in Shooting​

  • Dribbling with Confidence

  • Accurate Passing

  • Defence Techniques

  • Advantage Rebounding

  • Agility Footwork

PRIVATE TRAINING BENEFITS

​Each membership provides the member with unlimited access to SWISH Shooting Stations (30 minutes per day), Quick Handles Station (30 minutes per day) and access to Fitness and Performance Training. Please note that pricing and membership plans are subject to change.

SKILLS TRAINING SESSION DETAILS

  • Beginner: For beginners and intermediate players in Grades 3 to 6

  • Intermediate: For intermediate and Advanced players in Grades 3 to 6

  • Advanced/High School: For advanced players Grades 6 to 8 and High School players

  • High School Only: Limited to High School Aged players only

  • Girls Hoops Training: All-girls basketball training for Grades 3 to 5, 6 to 8, and 9-12

  • Advanced College / University / Professional
